According to Army Radio, the investigation uncovered that at approximately midnight, a number of gunshots were heard on Netanya's Ben-Zvi boulevard. After receiving a number of calls from concerned citizens, the police dispatched a force to the area. Shortly afterwards, Mangisha was found.
After emergency medical attention was administered by Magen David Adom on the scene, the critically injured victim was taken to Laniado Hospital, where doctors' attempts to save his life were ultimately unsuccessful.
A number of people were arrested in connection with the murder, and the police hinted that further arrests were forthcoming.
The incident was the second murder this week. On Saturday, a convenience store owner was gunned down in Ramle while sitting in his yard with his son.RECOMMENDED STORIESUS military sending two destroyers to Middle EastJUNE 12, 2025Israel trying to persuade US to join in continuing strikes on Iran, sources tell 'Post'JUNE 13, 2025Vacation ruse, phantom trip, hostage decoy: How Israel misled Tehran before Iran strikeJUNE 13, 2025Mossad leads series of secret attack operations in heart of IranJUNE 13, 2025
