Danny Mangisha, a 25-year-old Netanya man, died Thursday morning of bullet wounds he had sustained Wednesday night. The police has assessed that the murder was a "settling of accounts" between criminals. According to Army Radio, the investigation uncovered that at approximately midnight, a number of gunshots were heard on Netanya's Ben-Zvi boulevard. After receiving a number of calls from concerned citizens, the police dispatched a force to the area. Shortly afterwards, Mangisha was found. After emergency medical attention was administered by Magen David Adom on the scene, the critically injured victim was taken to Laniado Hospital, where doctors' attempts to save his life were ultimately unsuccessful. A number of people were arrested in connection with the murder, and the police hinted that further arrests were forthcoming. The incident was the second murder this week. On Saturday, a convenience store owner was gunned down in Ramle while sitting in his yard with his son.
