OC Home Front Command Maj.-Gen. Yitzhak Gershon intended to petition the High Court of Justice on Monday with a request to postpone the publication of the state comptroller's report on the management of the home front during the Lebanon war until he has had time to respond to the comptroller's findings, Army Radio reported.
