Peretz: Hizbullah won't return to southern Lebanon

Defense Minister Amir Peretz said on Thursday morning that Israel would not allow the Hizbullah terror organization to return to its positions on Lebanon's southern border.
Peretz made the comment to the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee.
