Police arrest Rehovot resident for blackmailing 71-year-old man

Police in Rehovot arrested a man on Tuesday who on suspicion that he blackmailed a 71-year-old resident of the city over the course of six years.
According to reports, the man, who has a long criminal history, extorted tens of thousands of shekels from his victim over the years.
The suspect will be brought before the Rishon Letzion Magistrate's Court on Wednesday for a hearing on his remand.
