Police arrest Tiberias man for allegedly killing his neighbor while drunk

Police on Monday arrested a 54-year-old resident of Tiberias on suspicion that he had beaten his neighbor, 64, to death while drunk.
Police arrested the man after he exited his house and began yelling that he had killed his neighbor.
