Police managed to find a car stolen in Jerusalem with a baby in its back seat, Tuesday evening. Around 8:15 p.m., a Jerusalem resident parked his car in Bar Ilan street. The man left his one year old kid in the car and went to a nearby store. The man returned after a few minutes, to find that his car had been stolen. Eye witnesses said the stolen car disappeared in the direction of Maale Adumim, north east of the city. Vast police forces participated in the pursuit to find the car, including a police helicopter. Eventually the car was found abandoned in Wadi Joz, with the baby inside it safe and sound. The child was taken to hospital for a standard observation to ascertain it was indeed healthy
