Police refuse to pass terrorist's body to family unless funeral is 'humble'

Police is refusing to pass on the body of the terrorist who murdered eight pupils at the Mercaz Harav yeshiva last week to his family, Army Radio reported Monday. Police said they would only release the body if the family promises to hold a "humble" funeral with few participants. The body was due to be released on Sunday, but the police withdrew, arguing there were too many mourners gathered at the family home. Police said this was a violation of an earlier agreement with the family.
