Police request public's help in locating two missing people

Israel Police have requested help from the public in locating two missing people: Esther Barkovitch from Haifa and Jerusalem resident Rafael Tschernakov.
Barkovitch was last seen on April 10, at 11:00 am on Barzalai Street in Haifa. She is 47 years old, full-bodied, with long black hair. She was wearing a gray tank-top and blue jeans at the time of her disappearance.
Tschernakov was last seen on April 15, at 8:00 pm, on Asher Golak in the Neveh Yaakov neighborhood of Jerusalem. He is 48 years old, of medium build, with short brown hair, a beard and mustache. He was also wearing a black kipah.
The police added that Tschernakov has difficulty taking care of himself, and is need of regular medication.
Anyone with information about either of the two missing persons is asked to contact the local police station, or the police stations in Haifa or Jerusalem.
