Police who took part in the demolition of nine houses in Amona earlier this month, an action that led to violence between demonstrators and police, held a meeting on Thursday with Gush Etzion Regional Council head Shaul Goldstein and representatives of the public.
Those present included Judea and Samaria Police chief Cmdr. Yisrael Yitzhak and policemen who were injured in clashes with demonstrators.
The sides agreed to continue the dialogue, which they hope will include settler youth, as many of the protestors at Amona were young people.
