Thirty-six percent of the Israeli public believes that Prime Minister Ehud Olmert bears the most responsibility for the failures of the Second Lebanon War, according to a Channel 2 poll published Monday evening.
Defense Minister Amir Peretz and former IDF Chief of Staff Dan Halutz were deemed by similar percentages of those polled to be the "most responsible" for the war's mistakes, with 21% and 22%, respectively.
