Polls show Labor gains 2 MKs compared to last week

Election polls released on Tuesday showed that the Labor Party was expected to get 18 Knesset seats in the upcoming elections, constituting two more seats than predicted in the polls from the previous week. On the other hand, Kadima and Likud each lost one seat, bringing them to an expected Knesset representation of 37 and 15 MKs, respectively. The right-wing parties, Israel Beiteinu and NU-NRP, maintain a strong presence with a predicted 11 and 10 MK representation, respectively. Shas and United Torah Judaism were expected, according to Channel 1's Tuesday polls, to go to the 17th Knesset with eight representatives each.
