Protesting postal employees to work in limited capacity

Israel Postal Service (IPS) employees were set to work in a limited capacity again Tuesday in protest of the lack of an agreement with the Finance and Communications ministries over retirement and dismissal rights.
Workers will neither distribute mobile post office mail nor transfer money to health services.
