Ramle resident suspected of murdering homeless man

A 23-year-old Ramle resident was due to be brought for a remand extension on Tuesday after he was arrested on suspicion of murdering a homeless man who's body was found in a ditch near the city's Hakerah Junction the previous morning.
The suspect, a narcotics addict who is known to police, is suspected of killing the homeless man by hitting him on head with a plank of wood from which a screw was protruding.
