The police has determined that the private investigation of the complainant H', who charged Haim Ramon of sexually assaulting her, was ordered by Ramon's brother-in -law and close confidant Efraim Kunda.
Apparently, the investigation was initiated in order to cause H' to provide a version of the events that differed from the one that she gave the police.
Kunda would not comment on the matter, and it is not yet clear whether or not Ramon knew of the investigation.
