Ramon tells Livni he plans to run in upcoming Kadima primary

Vice Premier Haim Ramon informed Kadima chair Tzipi Livni Friday afternoon of his intention to run in the party's upcoming primary, and not to leave politics.
Ramon said in his estimation, Kadima, "under the leadership of Livni, will continue to lead the state after [general] elections."
In recent days, it was reported that the vice premier was planning to leave both the Kadima party and political life altogether.
