The Alumot real estate company on Monday demanded one million dollars in compensation from journalist Yoav Yitzhak for the report he wrote alleging that the company bribed Acting Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, Army Radio reported.
According Yitzhak's report, Olmert allegedly received a $320,000 bribe from Alumot when he bought his new home on Rehov Cremieux in Jerusalem's German Colony. The agency allegedly sold Olmert the house at cost price in October 2004.
