Palestinians said early Thursday that an IAF strike in Beit Hanoun in the Gaza Strip struck a house of an Islamic Jihad operative.
A short time before the attack, residents of the building received phone calls instructing them to leave the building.
According to the IDF, a Fatah weapons cache was also attacked in the Gaza Strip.
