Rice criticizes Israel's plan to build 307 Har Homa housing units

Building 307 housing units in east Jerusalem's Har Homa neighborhood does not advance peace, US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said Friday night at a press conference following her meeting with Foreign Minister Tzipo Livni.
"We are in a time when the goal is to build maximum confidence with the parties and this doesn't help to build confidence," said Rice.
Rice and Livni met on the sidelines of a meeting with NATO officials.
