The Tel Aviv District Court indicted Rishon Lezion resident Yosef Shulman on the charges of killing his neighbor, Yossi Birenboim, during a dispute over the placement of a garbage can.
During the fight, which occurred two weeks ago, Shulman allegedly drew a gun and shot Birenboim in the chest, killing him. According to Army Radio, Shulman has been detained since then. The prosecution request to extend his remand.
