Sela suspected of committing indecent act in jail

Serial rapist Benny Sela, currently being detained at Rimonim Prison, is suspected of committing an indecent act in his cell while talking to a woman prison warden on Monday. The investigation was opened after the warden noticed that while they were conversing, Sela's face reddened and she saw that he was touching his penis. Sela is to be interrogated concerning public exposure and committing an indecent act.
