US Senator John McCain told CNN on Friday morning that Israel's military response to Wednesday's Hizbullah attack in which eight Israeli soldiers were killed and two were kidnapped was not disproportionate.
According to McCain, the response, which included massive bombardment of Lebanese infrastructure, was similar to what the United States would do in the same situation.
