Foreign Minister Silvan Shalom and his French counterpart Phillipe Douste-Blazy issued a joint condemnation of Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinajad's comments, advocating wiping Israel off the map.
The two participated in an event organized by the Jewish community of Toulouse.
Douste-Blazy also emphasized that the Palestinian leadership must disarm the terror organizations in order to create a better chance for peace between Israel and Palestinians.
