Rabbi Ovadia Yosef of Shas has instructed the party's members to vote in favor of a temporary suspension for President Moshe Katsav, in order to allow "full scope" for legal proceedings, Army Radio reported Thursday morning.
On Wednesday evening, Shas members were still waiting for instructions from their spiritual advisor on whether or not to vote in favor of Katsav's request.
