Tel Aviv District Court Judge Zvi Gurfinkel ordered the Central Election Committee to register two lists for Shinui after party members complained that there were changes made to the list they originally submitted.
Gurfinkel scheduled a court date for next week even though the deadline for submitting a list is Thursday at midnight, Israel Radio reported.
Shinui members said there was no limit to the chutzpah.
