An earthquake shook the Jordan Valley on Sunday afternoon measuring 3.4 on the Richter scale.
No casualties were reported and no damage had been caused.
Infrastructure Minister Binyamin Ben Eliyezer said that Israel must prepare herself for more severe scenarios.
