The Central District Attorney's Office on Thursday filed an indictment against a man suffering from Aids who raped the 15-year-old daughter of his live-in partner.
The state charged the 35-year-old man with committing an indecent act, sodomy and rape, of threatening the girl and disrupting judicial procedures and of committing an act that could spread disease.
The incident occurred two weeks ago.
