State requests to postpone drafting of illegal outposts evacuation plan

The State Attorney's Office, on behalf of Defense Minister Ehud Barak, requested the High Court of Justice to grant an extension of two months for the drafting of a final plan to evacuate all illegal outposts.
In August, The High Court of Justice accepted a request by the state to postpone a hearing on petitions demanding that the state demolish 18 permanent structures in two illegal outposts, one built on land whose ownership is in dispute and the other built partly on private Palestinian land.
