The Tel Aviv District Attorney's Office (Criminal) on Thursday filed an indictment in Tel Aviv District Court against five suspects on charges of gang raping a 17-year-old girl after getting her drunk.
The rape was allegedly arranged by one of the suspects, a 17-year-old who was the alleged victim's boyfriend.
He told his friends, Shlomo Goher, Avraham Mizon, Amos Baranes and Oshri Tzedaka that the girl was "an easy lay."
The men allegedly raped the girl one after the other, committed an indecent act and tried to commit sodomy.
