An unknown gunman in Haifa shot two 20-year-olds who had a police record, Israel Radio reported on Wednesday evening.
One of the victims was in critical condition and the other suffered from light wounds.
An eyewitness reported that the suspected shooter fled the scene. Police report the shooting was criminally motivated.
