Unannounced UNIFIL detonations put IDF, Lebanese army on high alert

The IDF and the Lebanese army went on high alert Wednesday after explosions were heard along the Israeli-Lebanese border.
The source of the explosions was later discovered to be UNIFIL forces conducting controlled detonations of weapons caches discovered on the border.
UNIFIL had apparently failed to notify the Lebanese and Israeli forces on its activity.
