Asi Ben David, a prosecution witness in the murder case of the Abutbul brothers, Francois and Avi, was detained until the end of his testimony Monday at the instruction of the Tel Aviv District Court.
Army Radio reported that the court expressed concern that Ben David would abscond before he was due to appear on the witness stand.
