Zelekha: 'Terror of corruption threatens us all'

Zelekha presented his plan for fighting the phenomenon and warned of it spreading in the public sector. The plan included bolstering the police's Economic Crimes Unit and increasing the number of judges. "My aim is to create deterrence in the wake of the terror of corruption that threatens us all."
