Idan Ofer, Chairman of Zim, gave a statement on Wednesday morning to investigators of the National Fraud Squad regarding the recent fatal collision of an Israeli ship and a Japanese boat.
On Sunday, the captain and four crew members were arrested for failing to report the accident and for failing to offer the overturned fishing boat assistance.
