The Ramat Gan Yad Sarah branch was able to relocate to larger quarters on Krinitzi Street this week, and what better time for such a move than over the Hanukka holiday?
The move was made possible in conjunction with the Ramat Gan Municipality, which provided and remodeled a suitable building, and the generous donations from Menashe Ben-Chaim, who donated medical equipment and the operational costs in memory of his wife, Nogah.
In his greetings, Ramat Gan Mayor, Zvi Bar, praised the organization - above all its volunteers - for their devotion in helping those in need.
Uri Lupolianski, mayor of Jerusalem and founder of Yad Sarah, expressed his gratitude to Bar for his immediate undertaking in finding a suitable building for the branch, while Ben-Chaim, in his remarks, described how when he and his wife decided to donate to humanitarian causes, Yad Sarah was the first place that came to mind.
