Explosion in Gaza Strip targets Hamas activist; none wounded

An explosion went off before dawn Monday in the car of a Hamas activist in Gaza City, wounding no one but causing serious damage to the vehicle and a nearby house.
The cause of the blast was not immediately clear and no one accused Israel. No group immediately took responsibility. The car belonged to Said Dahshan who once served as an aide to Hamas leader Mahmoud Zahar.
