German foreign minister reportedly arrives in Baghdad

German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier arrived in Baghdad on Tuesday morning, Iraq's Al-Iraqiya television said.
Germany opposed the US-led invasion in 2003 but has offered to help rebuild Iraq.
Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki has called on German companies to invest in the country.
