Hamas gunmen storm home of Fatah militant

Hamas gunmen stormed the home of a leader of the rival Fatah movement late Friday, witnesses said, sparking a deadly gunbattle that killed at least two people. The battle capped a day of factional violence that killed at least 14 people, making it one of the bloodiest days in nearly two months of infighting. Ambulance drivers said they removed two bodies from the home of Mansour Shaleil, a local Fatah leader in Jebaliya in northern Gaza. Shaleil's fate wasn't immediately known. Hamas gunmen had surrounded Shaleil's home earlier in the day, trying to arrest him.
