Israel is launching additional airstrikes on western Iran, Israeli media reported on Tuesday afternoon.

Iran's air defense systems were activated in western Tehran, according to Iranian state media reports.

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) shared footage of a pillar of smoke rising in Tehran, following an Israeli strike.

The IDF confirmed it had struck multiple Surface-to-Surface and Surface-to-Air missile sites in western Iran as the wave of attacks against targets across the country continues.

Iran's foreign minister urges world to condemn Israel's attacks

Israel's latest wave of airstrikes followed Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei telling G7 countries to stop their "one-sided rhetoric" and condemn Israeli aggression, according to state media outlet IRNA.

Baghaei added that regional stability requires the end of Israeli attacks and "violation of international law."
