Palestinian Authority Foreign Minister Mahmoud Zahar asserted on Sunday that he met with an influential European foreign minister, while visiting in a neighboring Arab state.
He refused to name the country which his counterpart represented so as not to ruin the fragile relations between that state and the PA.
