The IAF fired missiles at a car Monday in the Jebaliya refugee camp next to Gaza City, Palestinian Authority security officials reported.
Hospital officials said one person was killed and three wounded. Their identities were not immediately known.
Palestinian Authority police said three missiles were fired.
The IDF confirmed its aircraft targeted a car in Gaza.
