About 50 masked and armed Palestinian set off a landmine Thursday near the concrete wall that marks the Gaza-Egypt border, Palestinian security officials said.
The explosion caused little damage to the wall, the officials said.
In the past, Palestinians have blown holes in the wall, allowing unfettered passage between Egypt and Gaza. The official Rafah border crossing has been closed for much of the past few months due to security warnings.
