Palestinian Authority Prime Minister Ahmed Qurei announced Monday that the Palestinians oppose the Israeli plan to create a buffer zone in the northern Gaza Strip to protect against Kassam attacks.
Qurei warned Israel of serious repercussions, Israel Radio reported.
