Report: Lebanese forces uncover terror network

Lebanese security sources revealed Saturday that they discovered a terror network which was responsible for firing rockets at Israel, the Lebanese daily A-Saffir reported. According to the article, both Palestinian and Lebanese terrorists had amassed large quantities of weapons for use against Israeli targets. On Friday night, two Kassam rockets were fired from the Gaza Strip at Israeli civilian targets in the western Negev, landing near Netiv Ha'asara and Karmiya. No casualties or damage were reported. Earlier, Palestinian policemen reportedly neutralized two Kassam rockets which had been prepared for launching. Since last Wednesday, over 30 Kassams have been fired by Palestinian terrorists towards Israeli targets. As a result of those attacks, one person suffered from shock and damage was caused to a crucial facility in the south Ashkelon industrial zone.
