Ruby Tuesday plans 25 more restaurants in Mideast

Casual dining restaurant chain Ruby Tuesday Inc. said Thursday it plans to develop 25 restaurants in the Middle East that will open over the next seven years. The restaurants would be located in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Lebanon, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Jordan and the United Arab Emirates, the chain said. Ruby Tuesday said the restaurants would be operated by the National Arabic Company for Restaurant Management of Kuwait City (NAC). The NAC said it will create an employee training center in Kuwait City, modeled after the chain's training complex in Tennessee.
