Zahar: Egypt agrees to some border coordination with Hamas

Egypt has agreed to some coordination with Hamas on how to handle the breached Gaza-Egypt border, senior Hamas official Mahmoud Zahar said Saturday, after meetings with Egyptian officials. "We agreed with Egypt to establish joint communications channels, in order to have an organized border between Gaza and Egypt," said Zahar. Egyptian officials were not available for comment.
