International Committee of the Red Cross returned the man who crossed Israel's northern border into Lebanon on Wednesday back to Israeli soil, Lebanese English newspaper the Daily Star reported.Thiry-four-year-old Simon Sa'dati was reportedly handed over to Israeli authorities around 9:30 a.m. at the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon in Naqoura.Sa'dati, who allegedly suffers from a mental illness, was handed over to the International Red Cross on Saturday after three days of interrogations by the Lebanese army intelligence, Lebanese TV station LBCI News.Representatives of the Red Cross met with him on Thursday in a prison in Tyre and reported he was in good condition.According to a report in the Daily Star, Sa'dati jumped over the border fence south of the city of Nakoura, where the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon is located.The IDF had confirmed that a person was seen crossing into Lebanon and that the army turned to UNIFIL with a request for further information.
