A man was killed late Saturday night in a serious car accident with a Palestinian vehicle on Highway 90, north of Jericho.
A man in his mid 50s, driving an Israeli vehicle, was killed in a head-on collision on Highway 90, near the village of Auja, Magen David Adom reported.
He and another passenger, in his 30s, were trapped in the overturned car. The surviving passenger had serious injuries and was evacuated by helicopter to Hadassah Medical Center.
Two other passengers, around the age of 21, were lightly injured and evacuated by ambulance to Hadassah Medical Center.
From the Palestinian vehicle, a couple in their 30s and two children, aged five and seven, were lightly injured and treated on the scene by Red Crescent paramedics.
