Magen David Adom paramedics estimated the couple to be in their 40s. An on-site doctor confirmed that both the man and woman were dead.
Police were alerted to the situation shortly before 4:00 a.m. and headed to the apartment to begin investigations.

Earlier this week, police opened an investigation into a suspected murder-suicide, after a woman and her ex-husband died of gunshot wounds in Kiryat Motzkin late Saturday night.
Paramedics and police officers found Aviva Jimbar, 45, shot to death in her home, and her ex-husband Moshe Jimbar, 48, with what is believed to have been a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Moshe Jimbar was rushed to Rambam Medical Center in Haifa, where he later died.
The divorced couple leave behind four children, between the ages of 10 and 21.
