Israeli startup Aura Air won the 2021 Entrepreneurial Company of the Year award by consulting firm Frost & Sullivan, it was announced on Sunday.
Aura Air created a data-driven air purification system that cleanses indoor air while simultaneously monitoring its quality.
"In an independent clinical trial at Sheba Medical Center, Aura Air successfully managed to filter and remove 99.9% of airborne coronavirus," a press announcement noted.
