50 settlers protest outside Lieberman's home Staff
As the High Court of Justice drew up a timetable to evacuate the settlement of Mitzpe Harasha, some 50 residents of the Jewish settlement near Ramallah gathered Tuesday in front of the home of Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman, hoping to plead their case to him. Police in Lieberman's Judean Hills hometown of Nokdim prevented the protesters from meeting with the minister's wife and presenting her with a photograph of their settlement. Lieberman himself was abroad.
